Chiropractic Rehabilitation and Exercise Therapy
At Helping Hands Chiropractic Center, the partnership between
chiropractors, exercise physiologists and massage therapists forms the core
of our treatment philosophy. The goal of integrating chiropractic
treatments with rehabilitation is to improve the effectiveness of
chiropractic adjustments by achieving a positive effect on the entire
musculoskeletal system. The essence of chiropractic rehabilitation is a
thorough evaluation by our
chiropractors on your initial visit. At this time, your chiropractor
will consult with you about your treatment options and establish a
treatment program for you.
Many of our patients have occupational and lifestyle restrictions that
interfere with their natural movement patterns and prevent their bodies
from operating as well as they might. Exercise is an organized form of
movement that takes many forms, both recreationally
and therapeutically. We evaluate each of our patients thoroughly to
design an effective program to treat their particular condition and
situation. Our patients get personal training and coaching to maximize
the results of their programs. We treat a diversity of patients
with a variety or conditions, from adolescents to older adults, from
occupational injuries to chronic pain, from weekend warriors to elite
level athletes.
